How Do I Request An Event on Campus?
All events on campus must go through our Event Services team. You can visit the Â鶹ӳ»´«Ã½ Event Services page to request more information. Once the process has started, you will be contacted by a member of the Media Services department to evaluate your event’s technology needs.
How Much Will My Event Cost?
The Â鶹ӳ»´«Ã½ Event Services team will guide you through the rental process for booking facilities and other non-technology related needs. The Media Services team will reach out to you to build a quote for the technology portion of your event. Every event is different, these are important to ensure the best experience.
